Import Sea Freight Operations Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import Sea Freight Coordinator to join our team.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in import sea freight operations, customer service, and communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Registering import sea documentation;
- Reporting shipments to Australian Customs (SCA);
- Acquiring relevant documentation for shipping purposes;
- Tracking all shipments, including transhipments;
- Providing high level customer service; and
- Liaising with international agents, suppliers and consignees.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Import sea freight operations experience;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- High level communication skills - verbal and written; and
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
