Export Sea Freight Coordinator

We are seeking an Export Sea Freight Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for arranging and directing the transportation and shipment of export consignments from origin to destination.

Responsibilities:

  • Process export sea consignments to meet customer expectations and key performance indicators.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by providing accurate and timely information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Export Sea team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of freight coordination.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, customer instructions, and management directives to maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Enter data accurately into our logistics system and manage electronic commercial invoices and pick-up requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts.
  • Calm under pressure and confident in managing challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in our logistics system, Microsoft Office, and familiar with industry regulations (RACA, IATA, Dangerous Goods).
