Job Title: Sea Freight Coordinator

Overview

This role is responsible for arranging and directing the transportation of export consignments from origin to destination.

Responsibilities
  • Process sea freight consignments in accordance with customer expectations and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow company SOPs, customer instructions, and management directives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Enter data accurately into shipping software and manage shipping documents.
About You / Qualifications
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • You have analytical thinking and can prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are proficient in shipping software, Microsoft Office, and familiar with industry regulations.
