Technical Leadership Role

As the Engineering Services Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to deliver engineering services efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engineering services on time and within budget
- Manage a team of engineers to ensure effective project delivery
- Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- 8–10 years' experience in technical, engineering, and/or quality management leadership roles
- Strong experience with engineering standards and frameworks (EIA:632 process knowledge highly desirable)
- Experience working with engineering information systems or product lifecycle management systems (desirable)
- Expertise in quality control, quality assurance strategies, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to deliver engineering services within complex, contract-driven environments
- Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 accreditation processes (desirable)
- Connection with key industry bodies (e.g., Chartered Engineering or Textile Institutions, Testing Facilities, Standards Australia and Australian Fashion Council) (preferred)
- Degree or tertiary education in Product Design, Textile Technology, Manufacturing or Engineering (preferred)
