As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of systems engineers and solutions engineers responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of our internal applications ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines strategy, architecture, people management, and delivery.

Key outcomes include delivering seamless and integrated application experiences that support staff productivity, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of business-critical SaaS platforms, and driving high levels of adoption and satisfaction across the internal toolset. You will also lead the implementation of the knowledge management strategy and rollout of new knowledge platforms across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on, strategic technical leader with deep experience in managing cloud-based business applications and the teams that evolve and optimise them to meet changing business needs. They will understand what it means to build great user experiences from the inside out, connecting people, data, and systems to create seamless workflows.

The ideal candidate will thrive on building strong relationships with stakeholders and leading their team to co-design and implement scalable solutions. They will bring a product mindset to internal tooling, balancing business impact with reliability and governance. The candidate will be energised by what AI and automation can unlock for the organisation and will bring curiosity and creativity to how they integrate and evolve systems.
