Strategic Business Development Specialist

We seek an accomplished business development specialist with a strong background in HVAC design engineering and client-facing engagement to drive growth in the Victorian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative HVAC systems that meet client needs, collaborating closely with our design teams.
  • Engage clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored technical solutions to address their challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Victorian HVAC industry and established connections with key stakeholders.
  • A dynamic mindset, passion for innovation, and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with clients.
