Business Development/Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Design Engineer to expand our market share in Victoria.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design engineering and client-facing engagement, with at least 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative HVAC systems that meet client needs, working closely with our design teams.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements, offering tailored technical solutions to meet their specific challenges.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Apply knowledge of relevant NCC sections, industry standards, and regulations pertaining to HVAC systems and the built environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including a mix of HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Victorian HVAC industry, with established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers.
  • Ability to combine engineering expertise to successfully manage projects from HVAC design and construction.
