Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative HVAC systems tailored to meet client needs, collaborating closely with internal teams
  • Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and provide bespoke technical solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the Victorian market
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including a mix of HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions
  • In-depth knowledge of the Victorian HVAC industry, with established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers
  • Dynamic engineer with a strong mindset, passion for innovation, and eagerness to learn
  • Proven ability to combine engineering expertise with business acumen to successfully manage projects from proposal to completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels
