We are seeking graduates to join our Aboriginal Graduate Program. As a graduate, you will gain hands-on experience and formal development opportunities tailored to build your skills.

About the Role

This role is part of our initiative to support indigenous community development. You will assist in project development for various projects, including those related to housing and infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities will include providing input into project planning, assisting with procurement, setting up meetings, taking minutes, filing, report writing, reviewing documents, and other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to project development for regional initiatives.
  • Assist with procurement processes, meeting coordination, documentation management, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • You should have experience working within teams.
  • Attention to detail and good record keeping are essential.
  • Sound conceptual and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Eligibility
  • To be eligible, you must be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and have completed or be in your final year of your undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree.
