Your Role A unique opportunity to kickstart your career and help make your world safer, bigger, and bolderThe Technology & Operations team plays a critical role in driving innovation, resilience, and sustainable technology that enables IAG to achieve its customer-focused strategy.
We are champions for Gen AI, which we call 'Inclusive Innovation'.
We test, build, and adopt various tools to transform how we work and improve customer experiences.
These roles can be based in Meanjin (Brisbane), Naarm (Melbourne), or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas, including technical and non-technical teams, with exposure to : Thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver the IAG Technology strategy.
Supporting our people to evolve resilient, scalable technology.
Building reusable integration and automation assets.
Delivering leading-edge tooling and organisational optimisation.
Designing digital interactions for customers, brokers, partners, and colleagues.
Examples of teams you may work with include risk, strategy and planning, property, capability, operations, IT helpdesk, data and technology, or software engineering and architecture.

Requirements You identify as Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander.
You have or will have a university degree (from 2023-2025) or are in your final year with graduation expected by the end of 2025.
This role is designated for individuals who identify as Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander.
It is a special measure to promote equal opportunities under relevant legislation.
In NSW, IAG has an exemption under section 126 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) for recruiting roles for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons.
