Gain experience in community and social services with our Graduate Program.

We are committed to providing a supportive environment that fosters comprehensive induction, allowing you to develop client-facing casework skills by shadowing experienced staff across various programs. This opportunity is designed to enhance your understanding of the roles and community service work that shape the Aboriginal Community Service sector.

This 12-month rotational employment program includes:

  • A structured rotation across our direct program service areas during the 12 months
  • The chance to gain hands-on experience across various services
  • Dedicated supervision and cultural mentorship from a graduate team
  • An organized orientation program and additional learning development networks
  • Weekly professional development sessions
  • Opportunities for additional professional growth and connections with fellow graduates

Candidates will be required to have completed a qualification in the Social and Community Services area of study within the last 24 months and demonstrate ability to engage vulnerable children, young people, their families and their carers in outreach work activities.
