Eating Disorder Treatment Leader

We are seeking a mental health professional to lead the development and implementation of treatment programs for individuals with eating disorders.
The successful candidate will have extensive leadership and operational experience, as well as expertise in delivering high-quality specialist mental health and/or eating disorder treatment.
The multidisciplinary team works with participants to achieve nutritional rehabilitation and normalization of eating behavior, focusing on correcting dysfunctional attitudes around food, eating, and weight, improving body image, and assisting consumers to identify, understand, and manage issues that have contributed to the development and maintenance of their eating disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and leading a multidisciplinary team providing eating disorder assessment and treatment in day program, outpatient, and inpatient settings.
- Delivering high-quality specialist mental health and/or eating disorder treatment, with a focus on nutritional rehabilitation and normalization of eating behavior.
- Correcting dysfunctional attitudes around food, eating, and weight, improving body image, and assisting consumers to identify, understand, and manage issues contributing to eating disorders.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive leadership and operational experience in specialist mental health and/or eating disorder treatment.
- Expertise in delivering high-quality specialist mental health and/or eating disorder treatment.
