We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our Sydney office. The successful candidate will oversee the internal team in the execution of performance marketing channels, particularly Paid Search, Shopping & Product Feeds across their allocated client sets.
- Oversight of the internal team in the execution of performance marketing channels
- Quality control of implementation to ensure clients follow best practices
- Help problem solve/troubleshoot implementation issues and improve client performance
- Develop new business proposals to showcase our strategic thinking
- 5+ years of Performance Marketing implementation in an agency
- 1+ years of ecommerce implementation across Performance Marketing channels
- Advanced knowledge of key platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre and DSPs
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills
- 2 years + of line management experience
- Experience pitching for new business
- Experience with Google Docs/Drive & Google Analytics
