A fantastic opportunity exists to work with industry leaders in hospitality recruitment and labour hire.

We are seeking three booking coordinators to start permanent roles immediately in our Sydney office.

Training is provided, enabling you to hit the ground running.

The primary role of the booking coordinator involves:

- Accurately taking and receiving bookings from clients, understanding their exact staffing and skill requirements for each assignment.

- Coordinating and allocating these assignments with urgency, selecting the right staff for the job.

- Effectively swapping staff between assignments, ensuring a suitable match for both the staff member and client.

- Managing various administrative tasks related to bookings.

- Assisting clients with account queries, providing information on wage rates, staffing requirements, and other general inquiries.

- Addressing all aspects of hospitality, including WHS and industrial relations.

- Being knowledgeable and able to provide accurate information or point clients in the right direction.

- Resolving feedback issues in a positive and motivating manner.

- Following up on completed bookings to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.

- Building relationships with a selected group of clients, which involves regular site visits and communication.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A solid understanding of food and beverage operations.

- Proficiency in using computers and technology.

- Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.

- The capacity to work within established procedures while offering innovative solutions.

- Strong negotiation skills, with a 'win-win' approach.

- A team-oriented attitude to problem-solving and task sharing.

- Effective conflict resolution skills.
