Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on an 8-month parental leave contract. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment and contribute to shaping our employer brand.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your talent acquisition skills in a fast-paced, multi-role environment. You'll partner with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning and job advertising through to selection and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job ads and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • BUILD and nurture talent pipelines using traditional, digital, and creative methods.
  • Enhance our employer brand by managing job board and social media presence, developing recruitment collateral, and promoting employee referrals.
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience in collaboration with our People & Culture team and hiring managers.
  • Champion the ATS and recruitment module in our new HRIS - ensuring data accuracy, manager training, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Produce recruitment insights and reports to inform smarter hiring decisions.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the confidence to advise hiring managers at all levels.
  • Creativity and passion for employer branding, social media, and digital engagement.
  • Experience using an ATS or HRIS, with an interest in continuous improvement and change management.
