Lead Recruitment Specialist

This role contributes to Council's People, Culture & Workplace Team, partnering with internal stakeholders and leading the recruitment team to attract and hire outstanding talent.

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for providing innovative and practical recruitment solutions for a workforce of around 1200 across various occupational categories.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, developing and delivering sourcing strategies for each vacancy, and providing consultative advice on salary benchmarking and industry trends.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to influence and enact our employer brand and resourcing strategy, as well as lead and mentor the recruitment team.
