Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced recruitment specialist to join our team. As a recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent to fill various roles within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to identify their staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Source and select candidates using industry leading tools and techniques.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for each role.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, recruitment or customer service in a hands-on operational environment.
  • Extensive experience managing customer relationships through regular contact on the telephone or in person.
  • Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills.
  • A passion for solving problems through to the end.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and recruitment databases.
