As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and prospects, developing knowledge of role types within your specialised technology vertical, investing time in understanding client's business goals and adding value through creative and cost-effective staffing solutions, qualifying role requirements and candidate specifications, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates building talent pools of high calibre professionals, understanding and managing candidate expectations, communicating steps and time frames of recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, qualifying, selecting candidates utilising industry leading tools, developing and maintaining a prospective customer portfolio, generating and developing new business, managing the end-to-end recruitment process utilising our ATS (JobAdder), developing and providing market insights and intelligence.

  • 3+ years' experience in sales, recruitment or customer service in a hands-on operational environment

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and recruitment databases
