Business Development Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-business sales and be able to transition into the property industry.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading diversified property group, offering great career growth for employees across a leading portfolio of assets.

The main functions of the role will be to identify and maximise revenue opportunities through income-driving activities from casual leasing and supplementary income sources.

You will manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring all casual mall leasing activities align with the broader needs of our stakeholders.

This role requires creativity, thinking outside the box, and exceptional stakeholder skills. Experience in brand solutions, casual mall leasing, media sales or B2B sales environments is highly regarded.

As a Business Development Professional, you will contribute to the onsite asset management team, driving sales targets and achieving success. This is a dynamic and supportive environment that offers opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities in casual leasing and supplementary income sources.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the onsite asset management team to drive sales targets and achieve success.
  • Utilise your existing sales knowledge and creativity to generate deals and manage end-to-end processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or related fields.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and work independently.
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder skills and ability to build strong relationships.
