We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and great work ethic to ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards.
This role involves performing a variety of cleaning activities across The Lane Retreat accommodation, protecting equipment, and reporting any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality cleanliness of hotel rooms and common areas
- Maintain accurate records of room inspections and maintenance requests
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional guest experiences
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the hotel premises
About You:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper in a hospitality setting
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Demonstrated customer-oriented and friendly attitude
- Prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
