We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to fill the role of Pastoral Care Coordinator.
- Job Summary:
- Purposefully provide spiritual support to clients, their families, and staff across the Northshore region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong personal and active Christian faith, experience in palliative care, and a commitment to engaging with our Mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing Spiritual Support:
- Visit clients in their homes, offering pastoral care and leadership.
This requires effective communication skills, empathy, and compassion. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
