Job Title: Smart Metering Supervisor - Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Smart Metering Supervisor to join our team at HRG. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of Smart Metering Technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to Smart Metering Technicians
  • Conduct audits and sign-offs to ensure work meets quality and safety standards
  • Develop and implement training programs for technicians

About You:

  • Proven experience in Smart Metering and leadership roles
  • Relevant tickets and licenses, including Electrical license, White Card, and First Aid
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
