Key Job Description:

We are seeking a senior technical leader to lead our infrastructure project teams.

  • The role involves overseeing the design of capital works projects, including road construction, roundabouts, intersections and traffic management treatments.

This position requires extensive experience in civil design, particularly in roads, traffic management items and drainage.

  • A four-year degree qualification in civil engineering and registration as a professional engineer are essential requirements.

Excellent communication skills, analytical ability and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this role.

A strong positive culture and customer focus are required, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Desirable Skills:
  • Expertise in computer-aided design software – Civil site design, Autocad, and other engineering software packages.
  • Proficiency in office-based programs and traffic management software.

This is a permanent full-time position with a fortnightly RDO. The salary range on offer is $113,068 - $125,539 per annum, plus statutory superannuation.
