Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Design Engineers to deliver high-quality designs;
- SUPERVISE AND LEAD A TEAM with excellent technical skills and experience in civil infrastructure design;
- Ensure that all designs meet the required standards and regulations;
- Develop and implement effective design strategies to achieve project objectives;
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project delivery;
- A degree qualification in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Registered Professional Engineers (RPEng) status;
- Minimum 15 years' experience in civil infrastructure design;
- Expertise in computer-aided design software;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to supervise and lead a team;
- A strong positive culture and customer focus;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
