Main Responsibilities- Provide expert administrative assistance across two project management teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective administrative systems to support successful project outcomes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, upholding confidentiality and discretion.
- Degree-level qualification in administration or project management, or relevant experience.
- Proven track record in project and administration support in the delivery of major capital projects within local government or community services contexts.
- Superb communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in maintaining administrative systems and proficiency in Microsoft Software applications.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, innovation, and creativity in this position.
