The job holder will support the delivery of the High-Rise Cooling Program in a Planned Asset Improvement Unit of Homes Victoria's Asset Management Branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management and installation of new air conditioning technology within public high-rise tower dwellings
- Collaborative team focused on installation of cooling to high-rise public housing towers throughout Victoria
- Program management including planning and scheduling, managing consultants and external stakeholders
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting reports, ministerial briefs and agency submissions
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Overseeing, monitoring or delivering projects according to legislation and government regulations
Responsibilities involve driving business outcomes through effective collaboration and communication.
