High-Rise Cooling Program Project Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced construction project manager to support the delivery of the high-rise cooling program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and installing new air conditioning technology within public high-rise tower dwellings across Victoria's fourteen precincts.
Key qualifications include proficiency in all facets of construction project management including coordinating procurement processes, contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare detailed reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet submissions on complex matters.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
- Oversee projects to ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.
The role requires collaboration with a team focused on the installation of cooling to high-rise public housing towers throughout Victoria. A high standard of project coordination is essential to achieve timely delivery of projects.
