Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the High-Rise Cooling Program for the Planned Asset Improvement Unit of Homes Victoria's Asset Management Branch. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced construction professional to support the delivery of this critical initiative.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and installing new air conditioning technology within public high-rise tower dwellings across Victoria's fourteen (14) precincts. The role requires strong project management skills, including coordinating procurement processes and contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver project outcomes.
