High-Rise Cooling Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to support the delivery of a significant infrastructure project. The role involves managing and installing new air conditioning technology within public high-rise tower dwellings across Victoria.
The project encompasses 44 high-rise towers constructed between 1960 and 1975, comprising 6,660 units. The towers vary in height from 12 to 30 storeys and come in a variety of plan forms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement processes, contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice to internal and external stakeholders
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
- Overseeing, monitoring, or delivering projects in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines
