Job Title: High Rise Cooling Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the installation of air conditioning in public housing tower dwellings.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of over 13,000 Victorians. As a Program Manager with our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the cooling technology and enabling building and electrical infrastructure works for each building.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale project to install air conditioning in public high-rise tower dwellings.
  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cooling technology solutions for each building.
  • Develop a rollout sequence and investment strategy for cooling systems.
  • Procure and deliver enabling building and electrical infrastructure works and cooling systems through construction contractors.
  • Manage a small team implementing project management across all elements of delivery, including tenant and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate people management, planning, budget management, and reporting tasks.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex problems.
