Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our F&B outlets, ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable and impactful. Your passion for food and beverage knowledge, combined with your exceptional leadership skills, will inspire and motivate our team to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage day-to-day F&B operations
* Lead and inspire the team to enhance the guest experience
* Develop and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
* Adapt to guest requests and resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
* Maintain high-quality service standards
Requirements:
* Previous leadership experience
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
* Local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
* Ability to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
