Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Mr Good Guy is a modern Asian street food restaurant located in the Ibis Styles Hobart, offering a unique dining experience that takes guests on a culinary journey through the night markets of Asia.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our outlets, delivering exceptional dining experiences, and building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage day-to-day F&B operations, leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience.
- Develop and motivate teams, with a lead-by-example approach that is infectious.
- Coordinate guest requests, resolve complaints and challenges, and sustain positive morale in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to drive positive outcomes and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Previous leadership experience in the F&B industry.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired.
- Ability to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
