This Strategic Business Analyst role will partner with regional leadership to develop and execute key strategic initiatives driving regional growth. They'll be the link between Product, Strategy, and Market Leads, quantifying product pipeline impact and integrating it into market strategies.

  • Support the President by partnering with Regional Leadership to deliver a consolidated 3-year strategic plan and prioritize resources to achieve financial targets
  • Enable cross-functional strategic initiatives for Markets (global CMS, Signage BU, product refresh cycle, BD strategy, new product strategy, pricing) by preparing and maintaining financial models, gathering relevant data, and supporting cross-functional teams on execution
  • Partner with the commercial team to drive commercial outcomes from customer negotiation to contract signing and own the Regions pricing review to maximize margin and ensure global alignment when relevant
  • In partnership with Regional Leadership, identify opportunities for cost optimization and drive operational efficiencies via continuous improvement of market-specific business processes across International Markets
  • Analyze business performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with GM and CFO to set targets for 12 months and 3YP for the Region
  • Ownership of preparing forecasts, including identifying and managing Risk and Opportunity identification to ensure delivery of short-term profit
  • Support Finance in delivering financial projects as directed by GM
  • Represent International Markets in Global BI and Global Process Improvement projects, owning change management for the region
  • Manage the Regions planning cycle – annual budget, 3-year plan, periodic reforecast

This role requires a skilled commercial professional with 3-6+ years of experience in business planning, finance, risk, and procurement. Relevant industry experience is essential. The ideal candidate should be forward-thinking, proactive, and able to influence senior stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
