Human Resource Analyst Role

This is a key position that will assist in delivering annual remuneration reviews for staff engaged locally and overseas, and maintain the department's global salary analysis model. The role requires high-level technical and professional expertise in HR, accounting, Excel, and analysis of remuneration and economic data.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct annual reviews of LES remuneration scales across multiple locations; apply actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments.
  • Maintain and enhance the department's remuneration analysis model; perform annual rollovers of data, validate formulas, and ensure usability and performance.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and centralisation of all data inputs; document assumptions, rationale, and methodologies used in decision-making.
  • Lead procurement of remuneration data from market data suppliers; integrate market data into the department's remuneration model for comparative analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate local context into salary decisions; provide strategic advice and support in complex environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • High-level technical and professional expertise in HR, accounting, Excel, and analysis of remuneration and economic data.
  • Australian citizenship and residency in ACT are required.
