Senior Remuneration Analyst – Contract Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Remuneration Analyst to take on a highly technical and strategic role focused on remuneration review, economic data analysis, and model enhancement. This is a unique opportunity to work across a global portfolio, applying your expertise to complex and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

  • Lead annual remuneration reviews, analysing salary and non-salary benefits across 100+ international locations.
  • Apply actuarial data, market intelligence, and economic insights to develop sound salary adjustments.
  • Manage and enhance a large-scale Excel-based remuneration model, including PowerQuery connections and annual rollovers.
  • Ensure data integrity through accurate management, documentation, and audit-ready reporting.
  • Procure and integrate market data from external suppliers to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Engage with stakeholders globally, including senior leaders, to provide strategic advice on remuneration in complex contexts (e.g. hyperinflation or currency instability).
  • Oversee survey coordination, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of global data.
  • Contribute to quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement in remuneration strategies.

About You To be successful, you will bring:

  • Strong expertise in HR, accounting, economics, and data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PowerQuery.
  • Proven experience with remuneration review, modelling, and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document assumptions and methodologies with clarity and defensibility.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across diverse cultural and geographic contexts.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with confidence in advising senior decision-makers.
