Organisational Development Lead

Job Description:

This is a dynamic leadership role where you will drive organisational change and growth. As the Organisational Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing great leaders who inspire and grow teams to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.

You will work with visionary colleagues to craft a future-focused People & Culture function. This is a purpose-driven role that shapes the future of healthcare.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of learning experiences that foster a growth mindset and enable leaders to drive culture change.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across all levels to ensure program alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and purposeful environment within the OD team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven history of success in designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development, learning and development and talent management programs.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
