Full-Time Sales Assistant Opportunity

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about footwear and wants to help customers find their perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and performance indicators
  • Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support general upkeep
  • Bring a positive attitude every day to help customers achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Key Holder, Supervisor, or 3IC in a fast-paced retail environment desirable
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
