Job Overview

We are seeking a Spiritual Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of holistic spiritual wellbeing programs and services.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in religious education, pastoral care, theology, pastoral counseling, psychology, or chaplaincy, and demonstrated expertise and experience in providing spiritual/pastoral care services.

  • Promoting and supporting wellbeing programs to facilitate holistic spiritual wellbeing across all service streams.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the community to support our strategic initiative - connected communities.

The successful applicant will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be highly effective in building relationships and problem-solving, and demonstrate ability to lead and adapt in response to change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality spiritual wellbeing programs and services that meet the needs of residents and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders to promote our mission and values.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in religious education, pastoral care, theology, pastoral counseling, psychology, or chaplaincy.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in providing spiritual/pastoral care services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
