Job Title: Brand Strategist Leader

The role involves leading brand strategy development and execution across multiple channels, with a focus on driving audience growth, revenue generation, and market presence. The successful candidate will have expertise in strategic thinking, campaign planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing brand strategies that reflect the organization's vision and future priorities
  • Leading multi-channel campaigns supporting revenue across audience growth, subscriptions, retail, events, and B2B engagement
  • Championing brand consistency and resonance across all platforms

Brand & Campaign Management responsibilities include:

  • Managing cross-departmental briefing and calendar coordination with editorial, sales, and internal creative teams
  • Guiding promo and graphic design teams to deliver high-impact creative assets

Marketing Execution includes:

  • Delivering an annual marketing program that boosts brand visibility and solidifies market positioning
  • Identifying business growth opportunities and crafting marketing initiatives to activate them
  • Leveraging emerging media trends to strengthen industry leadership

Planning & Team Management responsibilities include:

  • Providing regular performance and strategic initiative reporting to the executive team
  • Fostering capability development across the marketing department

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in brand and marketing roles, preferably in media or consumer-facing sectors
  • Strong strategic thinking with expert campaign planning capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A creative mindset with solid experience managing and motivating creative teams
  • In-depth understanding of audience development, media dynamics, and marketing analytics
