Job Opportunity

Seminar leader and strategist needed to oversee daily operations of gaming facilities. Collaborate with senior executives to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage team leaders, direct overall operations, and develop strategic goals for table games, sports book, and poker departments.
  2. Ensure effective staff scheduling, labor costs, and guest satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and control budgets, reporting issues to executive teams or property directors.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to standards and addressing concerns promptly.
  5. Direct table games/sports book/poker leadership, overseeing game protection and operations.
  6. Stay updated on new technology, equipment, and games under development, evaluating their potential benefits.
  7. Review and refine casino floor layouts, testing performance and making adjustments as necessary.
  8. Research competitors' floor layouts and product offerings to ensure competitiveness.
  9. Collaborate with marketing to create cost-effective promotions generating additional revenue.
  10. Work with IT and marketing to maximize the potential of accounting and player tracking systems.
  11. Maintain evaluation programs to track and summarize gaming performance.

Successful candidates will possess a strong background in gaming operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
