About The Role
  • Identify and uplift capability and compliance needs in partnership with business leaders.
  • Enable leadership growth through developing and embedding frameworks into coaching and performance processes.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact learning programs that cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, talent strategies and organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to support a future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive impactful learning and development strategies.
  • Develop and embed frameworks to support leadership growth and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver capability programs.
  • Maintain a strong consumer focus in all learning-related activities.
What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience developing, implementing and evaluating learning and development solutions.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in organisational development, psychology, human resources or related field.
