Talent Acquisition Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team on a 2-year fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment practices including advertising, screening, interviewing, compliance and onboarding.
  • Build strategic talent strategies and recruitment plans with a focus on proactive talent sourcing methods.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers across the organisation, providing subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices.

About You:

  • Experience in internal recruitment, agency, ideally with exposure to permanent placements. Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, confident engaging with hiring managers and external vendors.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in onboarding and calendar coordination.
  • Experience in proactive and creative sourcing approaches, with the ability to find top talent beyond job boards.
