You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the residence is appropriately staffed at all times to deliver quality care to residents while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Staff Scheduling: Developing and maintaining staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and meet the care requirements of residents.
- Managing Shift Changes: Handling requests for shift changes, leave, or time off and finding suitable replacements when necessary to maintain staffing levels.
- Communication: Maintaining effective communication with staff members to inform them of their schedules, shift changes, and any updates or important information related to their work.
- Coordination with Management: Collaborating with the facility's management team to align staffing needs with operational objectives.
