Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Staff Scheduling: Developing and maintaining staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and meet the care requirements of residents.
  • Managing Shift Changes: Handling requests for shift changes, leave, or time off and finding suitable replacements when necessary to maintain staffing levels.
  • Communication: Maintaining effective communication with staff members to inform them of their schedules, shift changes, and any updates or important information related to their work.
  • Coordination with Management: Collaborating with the facility's management team to align staffing needs with operational objectives.

Key Requirements
