Job Overview:

In this role, you'll lead workforce development initiatives that contribute to safe and fair workplaces across Queensland. Your key tasks include managing our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating nationally recognised qualifications, designing learning initiatives, and developing e-learning modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, promote, coordinate, implement and evaluate workforce development initiatives
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate implementation of nationally recognised qualifications
  • Contribute to design and delivery of learning initiatives, including e-learning modules
  • Facilitate and assess training programs linked to nationally recognised qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing, developing and evaluating workforce development initiatives and programs
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating implementation of nationally recognised qualifications
  • Ability to facilitate and assess training programs linked to nationally recognised qualifications
  • Understanding of how workforce development contributes to safe and fair workplaces and communities within Queensland's regulatory environment
