Job Title: Property Claims Specialist
">A key component of our claims process, the Property Claims Specialist fosters strong relationships with customers and provides tailored solutions to meet their needs.
This role involves efficiently managing a high-volume of Home and Landlord Property Claims. The successful candidate will be able to analyze information provided by customers and suppliers to validate and assess property insurance claims in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Assessment: Analyzing information from customers and suppliers to ensure accurate and efficient claim assessment.
- Claim Settlement: Managing the settlement process for Home and Landlord claims, maintaining up-to-date records and collaborating with team members as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior exposure to insurance claims handling systems and procedures is highly desirable.
