Property Claims Manager

We are seeking experienced Property Claims Specialists to work with us in a rapidly growing national underwriting agency.
Key Responsibilities- Lodging claims accurately and efficiently is essential for this role
- Manages end-to-end claims portfolios, ensuring all parties are updated regularly
- Maintains effective communication with claimants over the phone and via written correspondence
- Monitors claims databases, ensuring up-to-date information at all times
- Follows up on outstanding requirements promptly, minimizing delays
- Liaises with external providers, loss adjusters, brokers, claimants, and repairers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Interprets, edits, and writes reports to convey complex information clearly
- Demonstrated experience in managing property claims effectively
- Strong understanding of end-to-end claims management processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, dispute resolution, and decision-making skills
- Able to build strong relationships with service providers and claimants alike
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in professional communication, able to handle various clients with ease
- Customer-focused attitude, with ability to maintain internal and external relationships effectively
