Job Title: Workforce Specialist

As a Workforce Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals facing health challenges find new employment opportunities and support them in returning to meaningful and sustainable work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with injured workers, potential employers, and internal teams to provide safe and sustainable job opportunities;
  • Contribute to the development of job seekers' skills and confidence through tailored support programs;
  • Apply customer service principles to deliver exceptional employment services and job placement outcomes;
  • Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities to potential employers;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local employers and organizations to foster new employment opportunities;
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in occupational and/or vocational rehabilitation is highly desirable;
  • Previous experience in employment services or disability employment as a high performer;
  • Strong resume writing skills and understanding of local labor market trends;
  • Passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers;
  • Ability to grow services and build strong relationships with key customers;
  • Current driver's license and motor vehicle.
