
Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in compensation planning, benefits administration and market research.
**About You:**
- You have 2 years or more experience in compensation planning and benefits administration.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are able to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities:
- Partner with other departments to deliver on programmatic processes such as providing salary ranges to Talent Acquisition or providing bonus proration reports to Payroll.
- Lead market research and trend analysis to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Project lead across Total Rewards projects aligned to role.
