Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a prompt, polite, and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointment diaries, ensuring that clients are scheduled for appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process payments, manage client and supplier correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
  • Triaging emergencies, responding to client inquiries, and providing support to our veterinary team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and infection control.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical environment. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. You should also be able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
