**Position: Veterinary Receptionist**

Animal Eye Care Melbourne is seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic, helping us to provide the best eye care for animals.**About Us**: At Animal Eye Care, we're committed to excellence in veterinary ophthalmology. Our state-of-the-art clinic is equipped to provide specialized care for our furry, feathered, and scaled friends, ensuring they get the best possible treatment for their eye health.**Your Role**: As the first point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clients' experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients and their pets with a warm, reassuring smile.
- Managing appointment schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handling phone inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Processing payments and managing patient records with attention to detail.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
**We're Looking For**:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (veterinary clinic experience is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with animals and people.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and data management.
